Who can use WizAI
Accounts are for adults 18+. Parents or legal guardians may create profiles for children aged 2–17 in their care and are responsible for supervising their use.
What Wiz is (and isn't)
Wiz is an AI companion for curiosity, learning and play. It can make mistakes and is not a teacher, doctor, therapist or emergency service. If a child may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Don't use WizAI to create harmful, hateful, sexual or violent content, to harass others, or to try to bypass safety systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Creations
Pictures, drawings and stories created in WizAI belong to your family for personal, non-commercial use.
Plans and billing
WizAI offers a Free plan and a paid Plus plan billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Daily usage limits apply per explorer.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify parents of material changes by email or in the app.
Liability
WizAI is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
