WizAI

Draft — review with counsel

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026

Parents are in charge

Only adults can create a WizAI account. By adding a child profile, the parent or legal guardian gives verifiable consent for that child to use WizAI and can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the profile or account.

What we collect

For parents: email address, display name and a hashed parent PIN. For children: a first name, age, chosen avatar and voice, conversations with Wiz, creations (pictures, drawings, stories), learning and game progress, and small facts Wiz remembers (like a favorite animal), all visible to the parent.

What we never collect

We do not ask children for last names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, photos of themselves or location. Wiz is instructed to avoid and discourage sharing this information.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide WizAI: generating age-appropriate replies, keeping kids safe, showing parents activity and weekly summaries. Conversations are processed by AI providers solely to produce responses and safety checks.

No ads, no selling

WizAI shows no advertising, does not sell or rent personal information, and does not build marketing profiles of children.

Safety reviews

Messages flagged by our safety system may be reviewed by WizAI staff to keep the service safe and improve our safety rules.

Data retention

We keep data while the account is active. Parents can delete individual memories, creations, explorer profiles or their whole account at any time from the parent area; deletions are permanent. Backups expire within 30 days.

Your rights

Parents can review, export (JSON) and delete their child's data at any time from Parent → Account, or contact us for help.
